Sending Visitor Visa papers while in H1B visa transfer

I have a valid visa stamping and valid I-797 till April 15 2006. Right now I'm in transission of my H1B visa. That is I'm changing my employer and my new company I-797 is yet to come. I will resign from my current job in 10 days and join the new employer. I will have my new H1B receipt number in about 10 days.In this case from which employer I should get employment letter to send it to my parents arrival ( current or the nw employer ). Should I tell that I'm with the new employer but my visa has not yet come (or) should I tell that I'm with my current employer anf provide my parents with the existing employer.

By the time my parents come I will be actually working with the new employer. However my H1B would not ahve arrived by that time. All I will have the receipt number.

What should I do.
