Hi,
I am 36 and planning to visit my brother in law(us citizen) and family in USA.Also tourism. My family(wife and kids) will stay back for 4 weeks and I will come back and join my work.My brother law is in business and has sent me I134.
I work with a private small firm but earn very good salary(Rs 1 million).I have been to USA ,6 yrs back and also have travelled lot of countries.Question
1)Should I mention all these facts in covering letter.?
2)Also should mention about my parents and in laws who are in India in the covering note as family ties.?
3)My bil has informed that one cant xerox naturalization certificate ,so copy of US passport is sufficient .
