parents visa rejected now trying tourist visa

    parents visa rejected now trying tourist visa

    Hi,
    My parents visa got rejected twice. The reason given was Potential Immigrant.
    Now we are trying for tourist visa through SOTC travels, come to usa with the 12/15 day tour..

    My question is - for how long will they get the visa?
    Is this visa category different from the visitor visa category?
    Also can they do a break down journey?

    SOTC travels is saying my parents will get a 10 yr toruist visa. Is this true?

    Both are the same. A travel agent cannot get you a visa. Parents have to qualify on their own merit and ties to home country.
