1 month visa

dear sir,
i got 1 month b2 tourist visa on nov 2008 after entering usa they gave me 3 month at poe, but i stayed there only for 15 days ,now i want to go on april 2009 is it possible to get visa because there is only five months difference for the 1st visit , any chances of multiple visa, please any one give me past experience

You have to apply again. As you returned back from your prior visit without abusing the visa, the chances of approval of a visa for a longer period this time is high.

You have to apply again with proof of all ties to the home country.
