Hi, I am on L1 visa. L1 petition as well as Visa is expiring on March 23, 2009. My I-94 is valid till 2011. Will I be able to sponsor my parents to visit USA? Is it a pre-requisit to have a valid petition and visa for certain period inorder to sponsor someone for a visiting visa?
