Visitor visa travelling documents

Hi ,
My parents got a visitor visa with my old company .Now I am working in another company, which is not used for my parent’s visitor visa.

My parents are planning to come to US next month.
Which documents they need to carry while travelling?
Do I need to send my new company documents,pay stubs and Bank statements?

It is immaterial as to what company you were working for when the visa was granted. They need to carry your current info to provide at POE if asked. In most cases, they are not asked about it.
