Need help strengthening sister's case

My 22 year old sister just graduated from BE and is unmarried. My husband and I are applying for visitor's visa for her so that she can come here and stay with me for 2-3 months.

She has no plans of staying here . She has actually got a job offer from Satyam Computers in India. We only want her to come and stay until she gets to start her job in a few months time.

What can we do to strengthen her application?

Weak case and profile for a visitor visa. With the things going on with Satyam, that job offer may not help much for the visa.

She also has an offer letter from another company.
Again - same delay in actual joining date.
Would that help to show the other company letteR?
