You level of understanding seems very high. Personally, I cannot communicate at this level. Good day!

BTW, you don't own this forum to ask me not to post. I wish you could read and comprehend better.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.

For my minor daughter,s visitors visa I accopmanied in, They asked me how much I make- had shown income documents as they were- 1.Employment certificate indicating my designation, pay and duration of my experience with them, 2. TDS form- Tax deducted at source, 3. Finances- updated bank pass books, original FDs/investmt portfolios(no need to be huge!),original papers of house/land,- ALONG with I 134 of my citizen br in law who sponsored.
The point is VO just saw my empl cert ,no finance papers touched, but saw details of I 134 and even had a few qns to me. Asked me which company he works for etc-(It was a good strong one). So I 134 may not be officially needed but may certainly be a reinforcing document.

I-134 is not a requirement. It is merely a support to your application to make your case stronger. It serves as some assurance that because the visitor is not capable of bearing the expenses of the trip, there is someone that will take care of the same and will prevent the visitor becoming a public charge in the US.

If a millionaire wants to visit, no I-134 is needed.
