Visitors visa when I-130 is pending

Dear Sir/Madam,

In 2005 I submitted the I-130 for my children which have been approved. Still must submit papers for permanent residence. One of my children travelled back to his country to study. Last December he applied for tourist visa to come to visit and it was denied in Trinidad and Tobago. Is there anything that could be done so that he can come to visit? He was here on Class I D/S Visa when he left.

I will really appreciate any help u can give me in this respect.

If the person has greencard petition pending, he will not get visitors visa.

My I-130 is pending and I just renewed my Visitor Visa 5 year Multiple this year. No questions asked in the interview. I did mention in the visa form that I have a pending I-130 but she didn't ask any questions.

Well, that can be a big problem in future. If caught, you can be banned from entering the US ever again. And that may happen during your first visit to the US, at the port of entry.
