Rejection and Reapply

Hi,
I sponsered for my brother-in-law for tourist visa. They rejected first time.
I am planning to reapply. What is the timeframe to apply? do i need to wait for some time.

Unless something changed wrt the ties to the home country, there is no point in applying again. Giving a gap of 6 months to 1 year is recommended but there is no such rule.
