How do we know the reason for rejection.

Hi,

I had applied for a visitor visa for my mother and sister, the interviewer asked the below questions.

Where is u r brther wrkg?
when did he go to USA?
where does he stay in USA?
what do u do?
Is she u r mother?

my sister answered all the questions correctly with providing documents of proof.

Still the officer said i am sorry to say, No visa for u both.

I dont understand the reason so that i can work on it for the next time, could u help as to how to find the reason of rejection.

Mostly, the reason is that the VO is not convinved that they would come back. I believe it's called 214b or something.
