hi everyone,hope some of you must me knowing me.finally i got my visa for step2 cs in 7th attempt.the v.o. asked only one q whether i cleared step1 and step2 ck, and gave me the visa. the beauty is that he is the one who gave me visa in my 3rd attempt.so never ever give up.you never know when luck shines on you.all the best.

Any violation or stay extension that gets denied automatically voids the visa. POE officer can deny entry to anyone if they wish. Visa is just an entry document. POE officer has final say.Originally posted by chellam84

i want you to know that i was not denied previously for any violation or extension of stay.since i flunked cs,i was denied.i returned first time within the i-94 period (i was given 6 months of stay,but i came in 2 months).i hope everything goes well this time..anyway thanks for the caution...Comment
