My brother is sponsoring my parents visa. I stay with my husband in us and our GC in process. My question is whether my parents shud mention my name in the visa applcaition while applying or not, since I am not the sponsorer? If they mention my name, will thier visa get rejected cos I am a GC applicant. Pl help

They have to mention about sons/daughters in USA.
Their visa would not be rejected just because you are GC applicant.Immihelp Support

Better send your's and your husband's full passport copies ( and also copies of any GC related papers). I have been reading these posts for the past couple of months and have seen many cases where the consulate arbitarily refuses visa b'coz the parent wasn't able to produce passport copy of one of the siblings.
