Recently My H1 B extension (I was in US for 2 years) got denied, so I came back to India and working in my original company. I have requested my company to process for my L1 blanket. They said that I am not eligible for L1 blanket because I need to be in India at least for one year in last 3 years to apply for L1.
1) After rejection of H1 B extension, do I need to wait for one year to process L1 blanket?
2) Is these any other possibility for me to go to US
Any kind of help is much appreciated.
