documents for visitor visa

I have 2 questions regarding the documents to be submitted by applicant.

1) Should leave letter be submitted while applying for visa? or we can say that once visa is approved then we'll get the leave sanctioned?

2) Few of the documents (employment letter and leave letter) are issued in hindi, is that ok?
