doc to be sent by post

As per instructions on website, applicant is suppose to send few documents to consulate 15 days prior to appointment date.
1) Are they suppose to send property proofs, sponsor's invitation letter, consulate letter etc all the documents. Or just the ones listed. ARe they suppose to carry rest of the docs only when they go for interview?
2) Insturction says "If documents are incomplete, they will automatically cancel the appointment". Will they send back docs, DDs to applicant in this case?

1. Don't send all those. Carry with you at the time of interview.
2. Yes, they will send back documents.
