Parents revisiting

Hi All,

My question is regarding my parents revisit to the US. Instead of talking on the high level durations let me explain with specific dates.

My parents visited me last year from 1st May 2008 to 21st September 2008. They have the 10 year multiple entry visa. They wish to come back in May this year. Would that be ok in this scenario?
