what to fill in section 11 of i-134

I am confused as what to write in section 11 of i-134 form after checking the "I intend". Could someone pls give a detailed example for the same.

You can say that you intend to take full responsibility on your parents including financial, medical expenses, airfare back and forth between India and US, food, housing and any other expenses.............
Please think what more you can add to the above statement. This is just what I wrote when I sponsored.
