Dear Sir/Mdm,
I am sponsoring my mom visiting USA from China in May 09. On the new I- 134 form that I am using which is expiring 5/31/10, there is nowhere a nortarize officer can put her name and stamp on, I am wondering if I still need to do a nortarization from the liscensed nortarization officer. Or I got to use the the old i-134 form which expired in year 07. and I realized that there are barcodes on the new forms now, what does that mean?
This is second time I am sponsoring my mom here, therefore I noticed the differences.
