I am writing you this letter to have an inquiry regarding my I-94 form to USCIS. I already applied for an extension for the visitor's visa last January 2009. I am quite bothered by now since I submitted the original copy of I-94 form instead with the photocopy. Will this affect my future departure from US even though I can be issued another I-94 form after my appeal for extension will be processed? I am hoping that you can give an advice for this. It will be much appreciated.
