URGENT: mother's second travel

My mom has a 10Yr VISA. She visited us last year, stayed for 6 months and is visiting us again after 7 months.

1. What does she have to carry with her in addition to her PP with VISA and return tickets
2. Do I need to send out an invite letter and letter to officer at POE?
3. Are there any other documents required from me
4. She is actually coming with my wife who is returning after a brief visit to US. Will this cause any more problems.

Last time she visited us in Houston. Due to work I have moved so she is visiting us at NY this time. Is this a strong enough reason for her second visit in 13 months?
