PLEASE RESPOND - Parents planning to visit soon

My father is above 60 and mother is 57 years old. My parents are planning to apply to Chennai consulate and also travel together. Does my mother need to go for a personal interview, or can she apply through Drop box through TTS services along with my fathers application. Please respond ASAP.

She can NOT go for drop box. Has to go for interview.
