Inlaws visa rejected - need help pl respond

My inlaws were refused visitor visa at chennai, they asked about the children, they replied
that have a daughter living in India and daughter and son in usa, actually i am the one who
sent over the docs(son in law) they just didn't look into any documentation and asked if
they have their sons passport copy which they don't have so the consulate people asked them

to provide his docs and sent them back with 214b paper and re apply again

What are the chances of them getting/refusing the visa once they submit this docs.Also should he also send all the docs what one generally send to sponsor the parents

Any help will be highly appreciated thanks

I am facing the same situation for my parents. They wanted my sisters passport copy while I was the one sponsoring.

They will be appearing sometimes next month again, will keep you posted, can u let me know at which consulate did it happen for your's , Thanks & Good luck
