I stay in CA USA.
My parents in Mumbai want to apply for a toursit visa to visit me in June of this year.

I have sent then the support documents.

Please let me know how they should start the visa application process.How do they apply for an interview?How do they get an appointemnt for the same?

I would really appreciate your advice.

Visitor Visa

I don't know appt. dates for Mumbai Consulate. Now if your parents are not eligible for drop box option ( which can be found from TTS website), you should fix US consulate appointment for them through TTS website. As far as I know chennai and mumbai consulate are pretty busy.
