The stuff about a B2 Visas financial requirements for a US citizen sponsoring a wife.

What does somebody mean when after a couple is married, what is a waiver and how does it work ?

In most cases, spouses of US citizens do not qualify for a B2 visa because B2 requires a non-immigrant intent while a US citizen spouse implies immigrant intent.

Why do you wish to get her on a B2 , why do you not file for her immigrant visa?

Me and my lady have been apart for so long that we just want to be together, we had our original K-1 Visa denied 8 months ago, reason did not send supporting evidence wih the application, we just want to be together here in the US we will apply our Married Visa later after the B-2 is approved.

There is no way she will get a B2 after you filed for a K1 visa.

You can not do things in the wrong order... she has immigrant intent, so she won't be getting a tourist visa to come to the USA and marry you... if she does somehow (by lying) it could be considered fraud that she used a visitor visa to enter the USA with the intention of staying permanently.

You can get married in her country and apply for a K-3 spouse visa... or get your ducks in a row and apply for a K1 again.
