Parents-in-law's visa got rejected second time

Parent-in-lwa visa got rejected yesterday at mumbai consulate. They were telling that visa officer was not looking at any documents at all and they got rejection stamp mentioning that they shoudl not apply for another 2 years. Very strange and shocking.

when u say second time are you saying they got the Visa many years back and got rejected now or are you saying they got rejected both first and second times.

Sorry to note this but I see your last name is Desai. I have heard the BOM consulate is tough on Gujarathis. Do you think so?

There is nothing like they are hard on Gujaratis. It is just that too many Gujaratis apply for visa, and therefore, too many of them get rejected also.

Consular officer does not discriminate against Gujarati or Marathi or Bengali or whatever.
