Need Urgent help!!

Hi,

My parents are applying for visitor's visa at Mumbai via drop box.

1. Do they need to prepare two different evelopes to send for drop box? If so...

2. There is one ORIGINAL BC, can they attach photocopy of BC for mother's application?

3. Do I need to send original bank statements or photocopies along with bank letter?

Please help...
