Aunt got visa at Chennai

My aunt recd visa on Apr 2nd for 10 years to our surprise. The officer did not ask her anything at all! May be because she was given visa for 4 months couple of years back.. Anyway, we were thrilled. Thanks for all the help here. But I would like to add more than anything, have faith and expect the best..

Chennai Consulate Procedure

Can you please tell me what's the procedure at Chennai Consulate (i.e.) at what counters do they submit documents etc... If you have those information, can you please share?

Once you enter, there is a counter right there to submit documents. And you have walk to go to another building where consulate officers sit.
