I want to sponsor my sister (age 35) and her 6 year old son for a visitor visa during summer vacation. Do I need to send two seperate Affidavits of support or just one for my sister with her son's name added to it.
My sister's husband is a central govt. employee and he can't come as he will not get 3 months leave. So what supporting documents apart from the following should I provide to prove their ties to Inda?
(1) Letter from my brother-in-law that he is central govt. employee
(2) My nephew's school documents to show he is studying there and a leave approval notice from principal
(3) Personal affidavit of support for my sister showing properties and bank balance.
