Sponsoring visitors visa and un-even paycheck

Hi,
I am sponsoring visitors visa for my father. And off late my pay roll date has been some what un-even. Sometimes its in first week of the month, sometime second week(my company is in process of raising capital). My father's visitor visa was rejected last time under 214-B (not able to demonstrate strong ties in India) as my brother and sister both of them are here. So, this time I do not want to take any chances. Do you think submitting my payroll document poses any risk for my fathers application?

Well, as long as you can show that you make enough money to sponsor someone, that part should not be a big problem.

However, your father still needs to overcome the other problem (strong ties).
