Need Advise regards the visa process

HI Everyone

I am new in this forum and i need some advice.

I live in Delhi, India. I run a small web design company here in delhi. I would like to settle in USA by getting green card but i dont know what should i do for that like which visa i should apply for and what is the quick way..

I have one american girl in chicago, which are ready to help me to get green card and for that she is ready to do marriage with me.

So plz let me know what should i do?

I have one question:
if i apply for B2, or 'Visitor for Pleasure' (i.e. Tourist) visa. How many days i can stay in USA and once i will in usa with tourist visa. Can i do marriage with the girl or not?

How the process will work and she told me that we will have to marry together between the 90 days. So plz tell me which way is good for me to get the green card of usa. I have never visit the usa yet and want to be there.

Plz give me answer of this..

Not get what do you mean by GC? I am saying i am going to marry with American Girl Which ilve in chicago USA>..

I live in India. She will help me to get green card by marriage with me. So that we can use immigration laywer for help. If i get B-2 VISA and visit usa. What are the possiblities for that.

This is a very old method of immigration fraud by means of marriage and they have all the rules in place so what you are suggesting exactly does not happen. I have heard many cases when the beneficiary was stripped of citizenshi or his/her green card was revoked and deported when the fraud marriage came to light.
