sir i applied for b2 visa on august 2008 i got rejected again i applied on oct 2008 i got approved for 1 month but at poe they gave me 3 months but i stayed there only for 15 days, now i applied on march 2009 i got rejected , again i am going to apply on april is it safe or not, and one more thing how much time i can apply within a year,i showed all the ties in india
