Joint Sponsorship Question

Hi All,
I would like to sponsor my parents visa. I would like to know if I am showing joint sponsorship with my husband, should I write Sponsorers as
Daughter and son -in-law on I -134 form or should we have to two I-134 forms.

Also, I am guessing i will have to send them bank statements, passport copies, employment letter for both of us. Please advise.
