I-134 URGENT!

At the time of GC (employment based) process I had prepared I-134 for my wife and son...

Now I am preparing I-134 for my parents....

1. Do I need to mention my wife's and son's name under #9. Frankly I don't remember weather they took it from me or not at the time of GC process.

2. What should go under #10?

3. #11 do I tick "Intend" for my parents stay in US. This is little confusing for me. Please explain.

When you guys ask questions, don't just mention Question numbers. Please do mention what that question is. No one can remember those questions by numbers. And not many people are going to take extra trouble to open up the form, find questions and then reply to you.

Anyway.

9. Yes, you have to mention their names.
10. Your wife/son names.
11. Yes, "I do intend"
