    F1 to H1 and visitor visa

    Hi,

    1)I recently got converted from F1 to H1. Do I need to get my H1 stamping done inorder to bring my mom on visiting visa. On my passport I have F1 visa stamping. I also have all the documents saying that I am on H1.
    2)My mom can't speak english do I need to prepare the documents in the language she knows? CA..
    3)My mom is a house wife. Will the visa officer ask her about annual income? What are the steps we need to take care of...

    Please advise.
