Visitor VISA: in-laws: Chennai: both children in USA

HI,

I am trying to sponsor both my in-laws to US. My Father-in-law is retired, and they have a property in India.

Both their children (my wife and her sister), are in US. What are the chances their Visas will go through successfully. THey are applying in Chennai Consulate. their visit is truly temporary, so we have nothing to hide.

At the same time, we don't want the Visas rejected, under any circumstance.

Any suggestions?

Clarification on your reply: Did you mean that they cant deny the VISA, because their children are in US.

Of course, no one can deny the fact that both their children are in US.

They can give or deny visa, irrespective of whether children are in US or not. It is entirely upto them.

I do not intend to discourage you but as per my knowledge, chances are less if all the children are abroad.
