Planning to bring parents

Hi,I am on L1 Visa and i am planning to send my parents for stamping and would like them come in Sep,09.But my visa is getting expired in August,09 with extended I-94.Is it possible to bring my parents on my husband's H1 visa?Did anyone come across this situation?Please reply me.

You need valid I-94 not visa. Visa is only good for entering. You cannot "bring" parents on H1 visa. They can apply for visitor visa and if approved they can come. Your husband may sponsor them or they can sponsor themselves.
