help with affidavit

Hi
My mom is reapplying for visitor visa in chennai. First time both my dad & mom applied & got rejected. This time she is going alone. She doesnt know english...shld she get an affidavit in both english & tamil or only english. Also can we include property value in the affidavit. Please help.

If she does not know English, document should be in language she understands, Tamil in this case.

It is better to have property values to be listed on the certificate you get from CA.
