My wife and I married last year under the K-1 visa. She is from Ukraine and her 22 year old-son is still living there. We want to come and visit us but are unfamiliar with the process. He does have his Ukrainian passport which my wife helped him with before coming to the States. What does he need to do concerning a visitor's visa or what is the best way to have him visit us? Many thanks for your help and advice in advance. I know I can research this on my own but for the sake of expediency I thought I would go this route as many of you have already been down this road. Thanks again...

I don't know the exact process for obtaining visitor visa from Ukraine, but here are some pointers.
He has to apply on his own, you can only help. He has to show strong ties to home country like property, good job, close relatives staying in Ukraine etc. He also has to show sufficient funds to cover his trip, or you can sponsor him. Also, it is good if he can specify his itinerary (places he plans to visit etc.).
He has to apply to nearest US consulate or embassy. This is my opinion and not legal advice.
