Hi,
I). After exiting USA after an extension denial, is it required to send the following documents to USCIS?
1. Original denial letter
2. Original boarding pass
3. Copy of passport
4. Copy of entry stamp in new country
5. Letter stating reason for overstay (i.e. waiting for USCIS decision)
In the denial letter, USCIS has not mentioned to send any documents!
II). Also, if original denial letter is sent to USCIS, don't I have to show the
original letter/boarding pass at port of entry during next visit to US?
Your reply is appreciated.
Thank You.
