Applying Visitors Visa - Time Frame and Sponsor Questions

Myslef and my husband(GC holders), work here in the US. I'm doing independent consulting and my husband has a permanent job.I would like to invite my parents to vsisit me in September. I have 2 questions, and if anyone provide feedback that wud be great.

1)Does it matter if my husband sponsors the I-134 document, since my contract is only till July.

2)I want to send the papers by end of April, and shud they go the Interview in June or July, since I want them come to
come in September (or) Will may be too early for them if they fo in May?

Any info woudl be appreciated.

1. It is better that your husband do it.
2. Should be OK.
