B-2 Visa

In the B2 Visitor Visa I134 form, it is asking for the “If a lawfully admitted nonimmigrant, give Form I-94, Arrival Departure Number”.
I have three “I94” forms with me – starting from the very first one till the current one. Which number should I specify here?.

I have previously submitted visa petitions and affidavits for my parents 6 months before. Currently am applying visit visa for my Uncle and Aunt.
So in the sections ‘I have submitted visa petitions and affidavits for the following persons” should I specify my parents name there ?.

Please clarify on the above mentioned points. Thanks.

I was able to generate the DS156 and DS157 through your web site for the appointment on March 20th (for my uncle and aunt).

Unfortunately the place of birth and spouse name was provided wrong names (in DS156 and DS157) in only 2 places.
Can I go ahead strike that out in pen – and write the proper names over there ?. If NO, what else is the alternative for me.

Please advice. Expecting your earliest response since the interview date is coming Friday (In India). Thanks in advance.
