If sponsor is retired?

Hi,

I am applying for visitor visa but the sponsor(us citizen) is retired?So do i need to fill I-134 form(affidavit of support).

Suggest some other way?

Affidavit of support is not important (not a must) in a visitor visa. It's the applicant's intent to go back to his/her home country that matters the most.
