Hi,
I applied for visitor visa extension for my in-laws at Vermont Processing center (I live in Connecticut). After getting the receipt (receipt no. starts with EAC), my case has been trasferred to CA processing center. Before we got any approval/denial notice, my in-laws left the country. Now, i got the denial letter from CA processing center. I know i have to send the documents proving that my in-laws left the country to USCIS. But i am not sure to which processing center should i send those documents (to Vermont or to Calofornia)? Can anyone please tell me.
