affidavit for sisters visitor visa

I want my elder sister to visit me here in USA, is there any sample affidavit document for the sister, my elder sister is married and have two kids(11 and 9 years),brother in law has medical shop, she is working as teacher, she would like to come here to help me with my delivery in MAY, kids does not have passport or birthcertificates yet.I guess we can not say delivery as purpose of travel, what is a good way of writing affidavit and purpose of travel. There is no good way, there is only true way. You are not eligible for visitors visa for this purpose, as you guessed correctly
