Father's DS-156 has wrong issuance date and Interview is scheduled.

Hi,
Just now I took interview dates at US cunsulate delhi for B-2 visas for my parents. Somehow in the DS-156 form of my father the passport issuance date is wrong. it might be my mistake. How can I change the same on the form. Can I printout another DS-156 for my dad with the right information. I did the process online and I dont see any place online to change the information.

Please let me know. This is urgent.
