Hello Iam planing to invite my mother in-law. I have question regarding H1Vs 485.
Recently i went to india and came back on AP . I have my H1B renewed approved notice till July'2009 and i didn't activate my EAD means iam still on H1B
So when iam filling I134 FORM , which I94 number i should put . From my H1b renewed Approval Notice ? or Latest I94 card which i recieved @the port of entry.
If i need to enter Latest I94 card , on that card its given as "Payroll" stamp.
Please advise me what type of supporting documents i have to send for this.
