I-134, Section-8

I have a four month old son. I had sponsored my PIL's when he was borned. Now, I want to sponsor my parents. Since my husband is also working (H1B) -
1. Should I put my son as my dependent upon me in section-8? or
2. Is it OK if I leave section-8 blank, as my son can also be dependent upon my husband.

Please suggest.

1. Yes.

All these questions don't really matter. Those questions exist in the form for historical reasons. Earlier the form was same for non-immigrants and immigrants and they needed to find out whether you could afford sponsoring immigrants. Now, immigrant sponsors use I-864 and still those questions are there in I-134
