  • Parents visa

My parents visited the US 4 yrs back. At that time they got a 6 month visa and stayed for 2 months. I was an employed H1 visa holder then.

Now, I am a green card holder and not working. My sister also lives in the US now, is married and is waiting for her i-485 approval. My sister, my husband and I are all wiliing to fill out the i-134 sponsor form. Should we all fill out the 1-134 form or would that be an overkill. what would be best for us try and get our parents he 10 yr multiple entry visa so they dont have to go through the process each time.

I have two more siblings, pne of which who lives in India and the other lives in NZ. My parents ahve absolutely NO interest in settling down here. How do they present a case for that?

    1. If your sister is working, she should file I-134. Else either your husband or your sister's husband should file I-134.
    2. There is no guaranteed way to get 10 year multiple entry visa. Usually they give second time you go.
    3. It is quite subjective and difficult to give precise answer. Please read https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/visitor
