Invitation letter to parents and visa request letter?

Hello,

I have read in some of the forums that if we copy the letters(invitation and request) from the website, there may be some problem during interview,is this true? do we have to write our own letter or is it ok if we copy from the web site?
Anybody had any bad experience with this??
any help would be appriciated.

It would be best if you could use the sample letter given on this website as a guide and based on that, write your own letter.
